Performance assessment of post-operative care management abilities for surgeons and surgical trainees.  The instrument may be implemented by the faculty / attending surgeon or as a 360 deg evaluation by a clinical team. Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90.  The instrument includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
