Assessments items are scored with a variety of scales, depending on the tasks and decision making attributes associated with the procedure. Scale indicators include: Not Done, Done Poorly, Done, Done Well, N/A. The instrument includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level. Assessors should choose the "Average" level if unsure of relative case difficulty.
