Summative performance assessment for physicians performing diagnostic hysteroscopy with a 30 degree lens; demonstrating proficiency with the diagnostic hysteroscope (minimize trauma, optimize visibility) and ability to identify uterine anatomy. Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90. Scale scores are based on accepted performance standards for each item. The instrument includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
