Getting started is simple. Click the “Ready to Purchase”. Once you purchase a site license and agree to the license and terms, you will be prompted to register as a user (this creates your account as administrator), you will be given the opportunity to add assessors and trainees to your account by adding there name and email address.
Next, you will want to create your assessment library. Take some time to shop our library of validated CareAssess™ instruments – these are categorized by specialty (brand) and topic so you can quickly find what you need. Take a moment to read the overview about each instrument so you know what you’re buying; some instruments can belong to multiple specialties. Once purchased you will immediately see them in your "purchased" folder in your account. Instruments can be purchased individually or in discounted bundles. If you don’t see what you need or you want to import your own assessment tool into CareAssess™, move to the assessment builder. Once your library is created, simply share those assessment tools with each of your assessment team and you’re ready to go! Choose New Assessment in the app and you will see all of your purchased instruments and can begin recording performance immediately. Feel free to contact us with questions or guidance.
