Performance assessment of spine injury procedure abilities for Orthopaedic surgeons and surgical trainees. A 30-item instrument scored with a variety of scales aligned to each item. Instrument may be implemented by faculty or attending surgeons. The instrument includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
