Orthopaedic Procedural Plan - Summative.V1

Summative performance assessment for Orthopaedic surgery procedural planning. Instrument measures  performance dimensions, including patient considerations, team coordination, and development of a pre-operative plan. Implementation may be by faculty or attending surgeons, or senior surgical residents/fellow with demonstrated expertise. Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90. Scale scores are based on accepted performance standards for each item. The instrument also includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
