Orthopaedic Joint/Total Knee Replacement Procedure - Summative.V1

Summative performance assessment of joint/total knee replacement abilities for Orthopaedic surgeons and surgical trainees. A 24-item instrument scored with a variety of scales aligned to each item. Instrument may be implemented by faculty or attending surgeons. Construct Validity p<.001; Test-retest Reliability: >.90. Scale scores are based on accepted performance standards for each item.  The instrument includes a weighted scale for measuring the case difficulty level.
